I imagine you can get there by taxi from the centre of Albany, but am not sure about public transport. Most people would do a tour or drive.

Hi chc137, yes there is an entrance fee to explore our site, please visit our website for full list of entry pricing. Most guests spend 2 - 3 hours exploring the Historic Whaling Station, plus another 45 minutes to 1 hour in our Australian Wildlife Park and Regional Wildflower Garden. We have free picnic and BBQ facilities, so bring along a picnic lunch or enjoy a delicious meal in our seaside cafe. As we are a not-for-profit organisation all ticket sales go directly into maintaining this heritage listed site and preserving Albany's unique history.

About 2 hours I think to have a good comprehensive look and to watch all their movies too which are in their storage tanks
