No where in the world you could see as many temples as in Myanmar. Lots of those are in Bagan. Many are hug and very impressive. It's definitely a must to visit in Myanmar. Full review by Shawn A

We climbed to the top of one for an unforgettable view, hand in hand, feeling the history around us. Each temple told a story, making this a truly magical experience for us. Full review by Obed P

Well, it's like this. We were being briefed by our guide that we will be riding our bikes to tour. We heard about the hot air balloon as the best means to view. So we asked, "How much is the balloon ride?" The guide responded, $350. So we said, that;s not bad, it $350 / X of us. He said, no, that is per person. Oh, perhaps the price is okay with you. It was not with us. So we bagged it. But... that does not answer your question. There is a specific area where they launch. Where we went, climbed a temple, we can see the some baloon behind the big golden temple. They may or may not launch either. It is all weather dependent.

Dear Ms. Anantalia, After pagodas are not permitted to climb, watching sunset and sunrise on the boat in the Ayeyarwaddy river is getting popularity among the travelers. Besides, you can do watching sunrise and sunset on the hill in the old Bagan area near the Minnanthu village. It is beautiful and lovely to do it and take photos. Ballooning over Bagan will be available from 15 October. You can buy it via our travel agent with reasonable price.

Hi, With your 5 year son, it will be tricky as it is a bot dusty on the roads. So preferably a private car of Tuk-tuk is best and cost effective as well. On the other hand if you really want to go for the bike, I think it is OK as I have found many people riding as well. Hotels provide the bikes. But carry the kid seat of the bicycle, as I am not sure if it will be provided by them or not. Suggest you to have a chat with the hotel in advance.
