Not sure as Raja and the Whales is an independent business. My friend arranged transport from her hotel which didn’t seem to be a problem. You have to be there at 6am.

Absolutely not, there aren’t proper seats on the boat, no barriers for children not to fling into the ocean and it’s hugely uncomfortable for the duration of the trip.

The good tour group normally include sea sickness tablets ( u will need it ). Breakfast on board, tea/coffee and cakes. Insurance. But most importantly some give a 2nd shot at seeing whales if on that day u see nothing. Normally next day is free if u fail to see whales on the designated day. So check this if tour also provides this gaurantee. RAJA and the whales did that for us.
