Yes it is open Sunday. The admission if I remember was approx. $20 per person which is well worth it. The tour takes about 45 minutes and is very interesting. They have a website with all the information on it, that is how we found out about the details.
Q:
How hard/easy is the walk up? How many steps are we talking about?? :-)
A:
It's a fairly long walk down but mostly a steady decline. The two small children in the group with me didn't have a problem.

The Waterfall has been functioning since early 2017.
