Amazing site! So much to view. It was just a quick getaway for my wife and I. We visited Rock House and Old Man's Cave. Both short wonderful b hikes with amazing history. Full review by bjm3rd
Are the trails as strenuous as the descriptions claim? I was double thinking going there if we cant hike! Ages 70 and 63 and in good health (one knee replacement successful)

You should be fine on most of the trails. The wind cave trail is probably a bit difficult for some… lots of steps and some very hard to maneuver
