The old city is enclosed by beautiful brick walls and you just walk around and explore. Then pick a fabulous place to eat and relax Fontella is a good recommendation for that since it has a great view. You can buy a horse drawn carriage ride for €40 thru the old city if you choose to but I’d recommend just walking and exploring. Have fun
