Gęsiki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. It lies approximately 2 kilometres north of Barciany, 17 km north of Kętrzyn, and 75 km north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
