Nathan T. Formaini, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Three Rivers Orthopedic Associates – UPMC. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed his shoulder and elbow surgery fellowship at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Formaini’s clinical interests include shoulder and elbow surgery, anatomic and reverse shoulder replacement, and arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
