The structures aren't as impressive as those in the Roman forum, but the climb is definitely worth it. The views of the Colosseum and the forum are amazing Full review by avipiti

I haven't tried that but I do know that you don't get what you don't ask for :) I recommend going early in the morning before the line is long and the admissions staff is harried. Let them know what happened and ask for their help. Start with some Italian if you can -- "excuse me, please, would you help us with a problem?" is always good to know. "mi scusi, per favore, ci aiuteresti con un problema?" In case you don't speak Italian, please know that "ci" is pronounced "cha" like in "chair". good luck! Enjoy!
