We came to Winslow on a Sunday and it was dead quiet! Excellent for photos. The local coffee shop opposite the renowned “corner”, serves fantastic coffee! Excellent photo opportunities.Full review by GrahamGallagher

No you will not be able to see it from the Chief. It's over two blocks away plus the Chief passed through Winslow when it's dark. I stayed at La Posada (where the Winslow Amtrak …
No you will not be able to see it from the Chief. It's over two blocks away plus the Chief passed through Winslow when it's dark. I stayed at La Posada (where the Winslow Amtrak station is) and you cannot walk to Standing on the Corner and back in time. It's about a half mile and 15 minute round trip walk and the train only stops for about 5 minutes there.
