West Hempfield Township is a township in west central Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 17,061 at the 2020 census. The Chickies Historic District, Forry's Mill Covered Bridge, and Siegrist's Mill Covered Bridge are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
