They require written consent from the owner/manager and an event fee will apply. * An event is considered any gathering over the 6-10 guest limit allowed on the reservation. Events include birthday parties, corporate events, dinners, small weddings, receptions etc. All events must be approved, and we do not accept all requests. We generally are willing to accommodate events of 20 people or fewer and an event fee will apply. *All pets and service animals must be disclosed and approved by the homeowner prior to your arrival. A non- refundable pet fee is assessed for all pets and must be paid prior to your check-in. If you have not received written approval from the homeowner or paid the pet fee, please let us know before you check-in. *The pool must not be heated above 84 degrees.
