Questions & answers

Q:
What is the best nearby place to park? Thanks!
A:
Park by the hospital at entrance to trail. Don’t leave valuables in sight they know you will be gone an hour.
Q:
Is this trail open to walkers during the week??
A:
Yes. Just don't park in the doctors office parking lot you could get towed if they are open. Great hike up with terrific views and this time of year might see the deers walking around.
Q:
what is the incline grade?
A:
I get 1.55 miles one way with a 730 foot elevation for 11.2% on average. It is maybe 15% for the last 1/2 mile. Women push baby strollers to the top.
