Reservations highly recommended. Wait to go up the elevator was not very long. We had reservations to go to the top and the lower level. Amazing views. Something that everyone should do at least once! Full review by WBJM2009

If you want to know whether you can avoid the second floor , I am sure that is possible, as they are separate tickets to the top floor and separate tickets to the 2nd floor
