Hello, has anybody received their refund for services not used due to COVID-19? I have been trying to contact the agency by e-mail and have not received and answer, I am afraid I have lost my money!

Should have got ours back this month according to their “you will be refunded in 18 months”. No response. Makes me reluctant to book again if we ever get to go.

if you want to spend full day in Paris, booking a hop and hop bus will be a good option because it will save your time and it will give you more chances for have a better look on Paris.
