Are you able to take pictures of your group doing the otter interaction if you don't have a ticket? I have a group of 3, but only 2 tickets were available, and I just want to take pictures of the other 2.

Yes. The area is essentially contained in chicken wire, so you'll be fine with a cell phone. A proper lens camera won't avoid the wires.
Is seaquest wheelchair friendly? A lot of places will say they are "wheelchair friendly" then it's such a hassle getting my 5yr old around the facility. So, I just want to make sure before I go that it's going to be fun instead of just trying to figure out how to get around everything all day.

I would like to know the 'show schedule' for weekday afternoons. I don't find this online. I am taking some elderly people and would like to plan the afternoon ahead of time.

I do not know the schedule. This is not a good aquarium. More for kids. Not well maintained, dirty, smelly and wet floors. Please consider taking them to the one in Dallas or Grapevine.
