Born on August 24, 2002, Chambliss will turn 24 years old right before the beginning of the 2026 NFL season. Chambliss and his camp are currently exploring options to be granted another year of eligibility by the NCAA. That keeps his NFL future and whether he will be a part of the 2026 NFL Draft class in question, for now at least.

Ole Miss released a statement Wednesday night after the NCAA denied quarterback Trinidad Chambliss’ appeal for a sixth year of eligibility, a decision the program called “indefensible.”
