Homeowners and renters in Florida who experienced losses or damage from Hurricane Milton or Helene have one day remaining to apply for FEMA assistance.

Jan. 7 is also the last day for Tennessee homeowners, students and renters impacted by Hurricane Helene to apply for FEMA disaster assistance.

Homeowners and renters in Florida affected by Hurricanes Milton and Helene have until Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, to apply for assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Florida residents affected by Hurricanes Milton or Helene have until Tuesday to apply for federal disaster assistance. The aid program supports homeowners and renters who experienced losses from the storms.

Disaster Recovery Centers have served 4,500 East Tennesseans since Hurricane Helene hit. Now, some are closing as the FEMA grant deadline approaches on Jan. 7.

Florida residents impacted by Hurricane Milton or Hurricane Helene have until Tuesday to apply for federal disaster assistance.

Those who were impacted by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina now have until Feb. 6 to apply for assistance through FEMA.

FEMA is reminding people affected by hurricanes Helene and Milton that they have less than two weeks to apply for individual assistance.

FEMA has extended the deadline to Jan. 28, 2025, for SC residents filing damage claims from Hurricane Helene damage. Helene struck the state in late September.
