The 14-screen cinema that opened in 1997 had reached the end of its lease at the property, which was sold in the summer.

The iconic Northeast Philadelphia mall, Franklin Mills, more recently called Philadelphia Mills is no longer titled as such. The mall recently underwent a name change, and not many people noticed.
