Jayla Dowell had a quadruple-double to lead Detroit Osborn to a 65-7 win at Detroit Northwestern in girls basketball on Thursday night. Dowell dominated with 14 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, and 10 steals. Osborn (7-1) also received stellar production from Danai Childs, who led the team in scoring with 21. Dearborn Heights Star International Academy defeated visiting Hope of Detroit Academy 66-35 on Tuesday night. Star was led by Keshawn Westberry, who recorded a rare points-steals double-double with 21 and 11. Ramadhan Frjuckic scored 15 points for Star and Ali Nassar recorded 12.
