President Donald Trump, who has criticized state and local leaders over what he calls faulty water-management policies that he says contributed to the region’s deadly wildfires, arrived in Los Angeles Friday.

After a tour of areas damaged by the California wildfires, the president sparred with local leaders and blamed them for a wide variety of issues affecting the disaster response.

President Trump landed in Los Angeles on Friday to survey the devastation from the firestorms that swept through the county.
