Ohio BCI is investigating after Alliance police shot and killed a man on Thursday who authorities say fatally shot a woman.

New body camera video, as well as 911 tapes, were released Saturday afternoon from the Alliance Police Department after a deadly officer-involved shooting took place Thursday morning at an apartment.
