President Trump told NBC News he didn't know why Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was at the search of the Georgia county's elections office.

The lawsuit dates back to December 2020 when a group of Fulton residents sued the county election board seeking to review ballots and other material they believed would show the election was rife with fraud. But on Wednesday, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney dismissed all but one claim brought by the plaintiffs.

Fulton County, Georgia, attorneys are planning to file a lawsuit in federal court against the FBI and Justice Department over a search warrant that the FBI executed at an election hub last week seeking records related to the 2020 presidential election.

Authorities say the former Heards Ferry Elementary School student entered the school's playground and attacked multiple children and a staff member.

Bodycam footage obtained by the Atlanta Constitution-Journal captured the moment FBI agents told cops the agency was seizing ballots from the 2020 election
