New York Jets receiver Davante Adams is at a loss to explain the offensive failures in the 19-9 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

The New York Jets were having that wide receiver Davante Adams would help the team shake their losing. However, since acquiring him via trade, that has not been the case.

Since the Jets traded for Adams in Week 7, the duo has combined for 92 receptions, 1,185 yards and 8 touchdowns.

At the top, the Jets (4-11) finally won again. In a 32-25 final, New York topped the Jaguars (3-11). To claim the victory, the Jets leaned heavily on receiver Davante Adams and he paid it back.

But Rodgers and the Jets navigated the entire field for the score, which included a fourth-down conversion in the red zone. Naturally, it was a Rodgers-to-Adams connection. The touchdown was an 11-yard strike as Rodgers found Adams in the back of the end zone and the veteran wide receiver put down both toes down to give the Jets a 6-0 lead.

Aaron Rodgers said Davante Adams’ biggest contribution to the Jets since the October trade with the Raiders has come on the practice field.

Davante Adams caught nine passes for 198 yards and two touchdowns -- all in the second half -- and the Jets​ rallied to beat the Jaguars 32-25 on Sunday.
