Book has had everything handed to him since James Jones arrived. Promising new rookies. (Josh Jackson, Deandre Ayton, Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson). All-time great veterans (Chris Paul, Durant and Beal). New coaches (Monty Williams, Frank Vogel and Mike Budenholzer). The franchise has even upgraded the locker room and practice facility.

Watching his team come together and pull off a 123-115 victory over the Atlanta Hawks, Phoenix Suns head coach Mike Budenholzer was pleased with the effort and the adjustments that were made.
Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal had another impressive outing off the bench on Thursday, going for 25 points and seven rebounds on 11 of 16 from the field in a win over the Atlanta Hawks. That was Beal's second 25-point outing since he was removed from the starting lineup earlier this month.
The Phoenix Suns are trending downward despite having a talented, top-heavy roster. While the Suns have a few months to find their rhythm before the start of the postseason, they may send a silky-smooth 6-foot-10 wing to the Atlanta Hawks in a surprising move.
As he left the arena Thursday night, Beal didn’t sound like someone ready to give in. His role has changed. He has not.
