EMPORIA (KSNT) – It was a dominant week for Emporia State softball. On the heels of an eight-game winning streak, the Hornets were awarded with two weekly MIAA honors.

The MIAA released their 2025 Softball Preseason Coaches Poll and the Hornets are picked eighth in the rankings.
