Police say more arrests have been made following a vandalism spree in Henrico last fall. During the overnight hours of Nov. 15-16, several businesses and vehicles were damaged by a possible airsoft gun.

Dakota Eagleheart Winters, 27, and Seqouiya Windwalker Winters, 23, of Lunenburg, are charged with felony vandalism.

Another parent is speaking out about the alleged abuse their baby faced in the Henrico Doctors' Hospital's neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) as the hospital reopens its doors to new admissions, all while the investigation into the NICU continues.
