Ahmedabad station ops shifted to Vatva, Maninagar Ahmedabad: Due to ongoing redevelopment work at Ahmedabad's Kalupur railway station, the Railways shifted operations to Vatva and Maninagar stations.

The official statement mentioned that CM Patel unveiled the statue of Jainacharya Shri Himachalsuriji near the Sardar Patel Memorial Building in Shahibaug, Ahmedabad.

CM Patel has allocated these funds for the renovation, including the four-laning of the old Kalupur-Sarangpur railway overbridge, as part of the Ahmedabad Railway Station Redevelopment Project.
