A woman has filed a lawsuit against a polygamous sect and her former husband — who is also her uncle — claiming she was trafficked and pressured to marry.

A unique Colorado law allows couple to get married without an officiant or witness, which means they can choose their own, according to Jefferson County Clerk Amanda Gonzalez.
