Sep 10, 2021 · Sub'd for info on this as well. I have a 2014 115 4 stroke Command Thrust on a 22ft pontoon. I am also only getting 4500RPM at 21mph with a 15.5 x 15p aluminum 3 blade prop. Should be up between 5000-6000RPM with this engine, but not getting near there.

Jun 22, 2011 · Re: Prop size and pitch best suited for my 24' Pontoon? Off hand I think you would probably need a 15 or a 13 pitch. if you can borrow a used tach from someone and set it on 6p you can verify the rpm's without going to the trouble of hooking everything up permently.
