May 4, 2024 · I have a wierd problem with a laptop - when charger is connected and you hold finger on a touchpad, the cursor will sporadically start jumping around. I did all the usual things, connect usb mouse (no problem there), remove battery (problem persists), reinstall drivers, different drivers, safe mode, different socket, 6 different chargers.

I was just wondering why the audio amp chip works best with a high impedance connected to it's headphone jack, but when nothing is connected (i.e driving the internal speakers) it works fine with the ~4Ohm internal speakers.

Oct 5, 2017 · The laptop works fine with the supplied adapter, but i want to know what to do in the future if i cant get another one if this one breaks down, and also i am about to acquire a second laptop that takes the same adapter but the adapter may not come with the laptop this time so i might need a second one anyway. Aug 6, 2021 · But the laptop power input has a 3rd pin, a "smart" or ID-Sense connector. The laptop won't charge or power on unless this 3rd pin is set at the right voltage. I opened up one of the faulty Razer power supplies, and I don't think it uses 1wire or anything like that (as in Dell power adapters I believe).
