Aug 28, 2024 · You must be referring to the airdrop notification received at the top of the Dynamic Island, to remove this, try resetting your Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Previously used networks and VPN settings are removed, which should get rid of the notification.-Zachyy ️

Nov 24, 2024 · Over the last week, I've noticed that I can't Airdrop photos from the iPhone [IOS 18.1.1] to my iMac [now running 15.1.1 (24B91)] but I can send files and photos from my iMac to said iPhone. I have tried signing out of iCloud on both devices and making sure Wifi/Bluetooth are on.

These are my new iMac specs: AirDrop issue: From iPhone X to this iMac, photos transfer using airdrop stuck at 'waiting'. Weirdly, no issue the other way round, from iMac to iPhone.

Dec 18, 2023 · Rebooting does not help and latest iOS 17 installed. When i airdrop to my iPhone SE from my iPhone 8+, there is a beep on but nothing pops up. Instead I have slide right to the notifications list to see and accept the Air drop notification. Its annoying and I can’t figure it out.

Nov 18, 2019 · When I try to airdrop a photo from my iPhone to my wife's iPhone, I get the message "No People Found There is no one nearby to share with." She can airdrop to me, no problem. Our settings are the same, and we are in each others' contacts and operating on the same wifi network. I have tried shutting down and restarting both phones to no avail.
