Dec 28, 2022 · hellofresh gift cards are a scam and don't work at all hellofresh gift cards work as a coupon code not an actual gift card with monetary value (i.e. if you order a box worth $40 and you use a $65 gift card it deletes the rest of your $25 and you can't use that on a new box?)

Jan 3, 2024 · When I changed my meals, I added chicken to one of them, and it put me above $75 gift card I had. I realized after everything had arrived the I my card actually got charged the $78, instead of using the gift card. This was ok, because honestly I wanted to keep the service since we liked the food - I'll just use the gift card for another delivery.

Dec 19, 2018 · I’m on the web based version of HelloFresh now looking at the Gift Card page and to my understanding, you can purchase a gift card for the Classic box, Veggie Box or Family box with no commitments. For example, without going all the way to the end, I chose the Classic box which will be 1 box of 3 meals.

Below are the rules I follow for using gift cards when I no longer have a promotion code. Keep in mind, we order meals for two people. Only load one gift card at a time. Jan 24, 2024 · Last week, they took the payment out of my credit card. Called and said since it was a discounted box they can’t use 2 discounts on a weekly order. Since when is a gift card a discount. This week they took the shipping $10.99 out of the gift card balance and charged my credit card. Going to call them in the morning. Should be interesting.

My mom gave both me and my sister $100 HelloFresh gift cards for Christmas via email. I just ordered my first delivery which was about $62 of the $100. After I entered the gift card code, it took off the $62 from my order. However, nowhere on the website does it say I still have $38 left.

My child is now 5 and I still haven't been able to use it because they discontinued gift cards or some other nonsense. I was going back and forth with them for months at a time. Maybe I'll give it one more try.
