The problem is that the harley switch only has three wires and the ezgo switch has four wires and I'm not sure how to wire it/or if i can wire it using the harley switch.

I need to know from what I have, what wires go to where on the Ignition Switch and the battery meter. I have attached pictures of what I have.

Oct 2, 2009 · I installed a similar switch on my cart. I don't think I had a wiring diagram either. The switch turns clockwise. Farthest left position is everthing off. Turn the key to the second position. This is for cart power on. Using a volt meter check each terminal for continuity between two terminals. Those will be for cart power (36v or 48v).

Feb 11, 2019 · Here's a DS keyswitch wiring diagram, I'm not AT ALL familiar with Onward's, so I'm not sure if the wire colors are the same... I DO know that the Onward uses the same keyswitch as Precedents, and looking at a 2013 Precedent wiring diagram, the wire colors, and terminal placement are the same as the DS.

Jun 14, 2020 · Remove all the wires from the switch, use a continuity test function of a multimeter set to beep for continuity. Connect one probe to either Terminal 1 or 2 , the other probe to M+ or M- terminal. Attach them firmly screw them on, or use alligator clips. Turn the key switch slowly and listen for the meter to beep.

On my fuse block, it has: Orange/white wire- horn, whch I have Red wire- flasher/brake light, which I dont have Blue/white- light switch (part of key switch), I dont have this selection on key switch

1997 Club car Ds key switch wiring - Buggies Gone Wild
Dec 1, 2017 · Newbie here, I have a 97 Club Car Ds gas 12V. Ordered a new key switch (factory boxed) there are no marking on the key switch of what terminal does what etc. My wiring diagram shows B1, etc but on the back of the new key switch and even the old there aren't any markings to say what each terminal does.

Jul 15, 2018 · Proper Ignition Switch Wiring on 2006 Club Car DS Couldn't find the proper wiring diagram, but my car currently runs regardless of the position of the ignition (on/off) or without a key. Looks like the blue and green wire shouldn't be on the same terminal.
