May 28, 2018 · Now, turning to the Orbi app (IOS version). When I tap on the upper (blue) portion of the home screen I am taken to a Network Map. The map shows just what I would expect: Internet at the top, Orbi router connected to internet in the middle, and the two connected satellites at the bottom. So far so good.

Now that function continues to notify me CONNECTION FAILED, even though I have a strong connection, confirmed by my external and separate speed test ap. Hasn't worked since Day One.

Apr 21, 2020 · Orbi app speed test reports 178.14Mbps download, 12.04Mbps upload and 13.0ms ping. The SpeedTest app on my iPad reports 31.0Mbps download, 10.6Mbps upload and 19ms ping. I have the SpeedTest history on my iPad and I used to get 180Mbps download, 11.5Mbps upload and 20ms ping.

May 4, 2022 · If this app was used to manage several Orbi systems, each of them would have the model number, rather than the actual "name". Frankly, it had not occurred to me that a customer would want to have one Orbi app manage a number of different Orbi systems, which appears to be the case here.
