Dec 10, 2020 · I have same problem and Cyberpunk 2077 is not only one game. But CP is very bad. On my PC with RX 5700XT + R9 3900X (x264 medium encoding) fps drop under 30fps on medium/low details! Without OBS are fps better, but still not good. FPS drop even without streaming, just open OBS and fps drop about 15 fps! No matter if I am streaming or not.
