Checking Windows Updates history shows no updates done at the time of the event. Windows Defender and Malwarebytes scans find nothing. This is for Windows 10 Home, so Windows Remote Desktop should not be usable.

After all was done for the update, I heck my applications because the update that could potentially be fake said that it would install chromium, but after checking my apps, chromium wasn't there meaning that the other update obviously didn't happen.
