A rectangular button with that name will appear in the Launcher and an additional pane will be added. You can drag items into a pane, and Option-drag them out to get rid of them.

Nov 12, 2020 · After an OS upgrade within the past year or so, when I unlock my computer from lock screen, all open app icons on the dock are shrunk. Maximizing and then minimizing the open apps makes the dock icons go back to regular size. See the attached screen capture. Note that it's only the icons for the native apps (Safari, Excel, Word here) that shrink.

If you upgraded the version of Mac operating system e.g. to Sierra then it maybe the old version of the Mac DTVP Launcher is not compatible with Sierra. This has happened before.

May 22, 2023 · you can try and drag the icons to the very right of the launchpad screen and hold it there until the second page of launchpad appears and drop it there. they won't be removed, but they won't be on your primary launchpad page. and you can move anything back and forth in-between your launchpad pages (as many pages as you need) in the same manner.
