Wilmot Reed Hastings Jr. (born October 8, 1960) [2] is an American billionaire businessman. He is the co-founder and executive chairman of Netflix, Inc. (provider of the Netflix streaming service). Hastings serves on a number of boards and works with various non-profit organizations.
