Jul 11, 2004 · No washing machine here, i go to a laundromat. Put clothes in, then put soap, bleach and softener in appropriate bins. Occasionally, the arms on long sleeve shirts sometimes rip. Been washing clothes this way for over 5-years and never had any problems.

Jun 25, 2002 · Ok, condo handyman guy was here this morning. We DO have a shutoff valve in our utility closet, but it was on the floor basically under the washing machine so I couldn't see it. He pulled the washer out, and determined that the valve is open (obviously) and that there's no flow coming to that point.

It's going to take me longer to move them into the new laundry area than it is to hook up all new plumbing and wiring for the washer and dryer. (PVC drain, pex water supply, washing machine outlet box, etc.) That's because the existing doorway is a narrow doorway.
