When doing the Signal Mountain Summit Road - I often advise people to stop one mile in to the drive at a small little dirt pullover to take the short trail to look at a pond for a chance to see moose. Feel free to ignore this advice. I stop there every single time on this road. Every. Single. Time. I have never seen a moose there. Not once. Although it is the perfect setting for one - marshland and trees. If you have seen a moose here please let me know in the comments. It will give me hope. (No
