Arm and hammer!A neat anvil came through my shop . I just cleans off the accumulation of weld spatter and fixed a few gouges in the horn. Then rebrowned the shiny spots.This Arm and hammer anvil was forged at Columbus anvil and forging in Columbus Ohio prior to 1912. approximately 1909 according to Richard Postman’s book anvils in America .
