Timing is one of the most important key element in all martial arts. It can be broken down into three stages. In Japanese, it's called Sen Sen no Sen, Sen no Sen and lastly Go No Sen. In a simple term it is learning how to strike - Before, During and After. Sen Sen no Sen (Before) is the ability to strike the opponent when you sense your opponent is about to move. Sen no Sen is during or the interception. When you meet your opponent strike as he launches upon you. Go No Sen is striking your oppo
